La nouvelle version de ce site à été mis en ligne en 2016. C'est seulement avec l'aide d'énormément de créativité, d'idées, des discussions, des emails et des tasses de café qu'elle a pu être finalisée. Un site de Coaching, et un site d'Art, sous un toit. C'était un choix délibéré ; l'inspiration alimente la créativité, alimente l'art (visuel), nourrit l'exploration, nourrit le coaching, les nouvelles perspectives, l'innovation, et ainsi de suite. Vous comprenez. C'est un développement naturel, dans lequel les processus s'influencent mutuellement.
Innovation, flexibilité et résilience sont des notions importantes sur le marché mondial. Bien sûr, ils ont aussi pris de l'ampleur pour les internationaux. Leur nombre augmente globalement et nous devons considérer les changements dans leur vie, leur emploi, en utilisant ces mêmes notions. Pour les conjoints/partenaires internationaux, c'est tout aussi important. Au sein des internationaux, les étudiants du monde entier constituent le groupe qui connaît la croissance la plus rapide, et sont donc une force considérable à reconnaître.
Comment être flexible dans une nouvelle économie, combler le fossé entre les cultures, et transformer sa nouvelle vie en un succès global? Comment faire face à un nouveau marché du travail, et se démarquer dans le marché de travail local? Où aller, comment se préparer? Comment être résilient après un refus entretien? February 21, 2018, 10h00: 'How to present yourself in the best possible way', a workshop at CVCI, the Lausanne Chamber of Commerce. It was quickly fully (over) booked and I am looking forward to meeting everybody.
A well organized, interesting and useful November 17, 2017 event "Decoding the Human; do the company and the job fit your needs' at Nestle, Vevey. Especially the final presentation, 'Winning in eBusiness with personalization at scale,' by Sebastien Szczepanjak was excellent.
- My last workshop on 'The interview, preparing for a shining presentation" could not have gone better. The responses in general were: 'extremely positive', there were various requests for a longer workshop with 'more time for even more tips and exercises', remarks about the 'very interesting topic' and last but not least it had been: 'very informative, with very satisfactory answers; simply excellent.' What more could we wish for?

- My latest workshop at the Lausanne Chamber of Commerce (CVCI) on 'The Job Search: be innovative' was wonderful. With many experiences exchanged, new things learned, questions answered, participants left in an upbeat mood, commenting that they were encouraged and inspired to keep going in their search.
- IDCN member Philip Morris did a beautifully organized September afternoon at their Lausane-Ouchy Headquarters. A few hundred attendees, useful presentations and incredible, friendly support stood out.
