Cocoa beans and a garden snail
Cocoa beans have a beautiful and interesting shape. Their surface is strong and very irregular and their color is of a chocolaty, reddish-brown nature.
The Dutch garden snail and the cocoa beans will never meet; they are home to very different lattitudes. However, the used shells of the cocoa bean are applied all over the globe as mulch, making a garden beautifully smell like chocolate.Category | Buitenleven Magazine, a series on permaculture |
