Strong Iris

An Iris is one of the most ruffled and wavy flowers around. This one. though. came out in a version all its own. Strong lines, clear boundaries and an almost stout appearance. Somehow it pertains to the graphite rendition tht I so love: no fuss, just shades and darks.
